These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pickleballcashtournaments.com (the "Site"), operated by Pickleball Cash Tournaments ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Pickleball Cash Tournaments was formerly known as AZ Cash Tournaments. The domains azcashtournaments.com and www.azcashtournaments.com now redirect to this Site, and these Terms apply to visitors arriving through those addresses.

1. What the Site Does

The Site is an informational directory that aggregates and displays cash-payout pickleball tournaments in Arizona and, over time, other regions. Except where we expressly state otherwise on a specific event, Pickleball Cash Tournaments is not the organizer of any listed tournament. Registration, entry fees, refunds, payouts, brackets, scheduling, rules, venue logistics, and disputes are handled entirely by the individual tournament organizer.

2. No Endorsement; Third-Party Content

Tournament information, images, logos, prize amounts, and organizer details are provided by tournament organizers or gathered from publicly available sources. Listings are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, or warranty of any tournament or organizer. Tournament information may change without notice. You should always verify dates, prices, divisions, and other details directly with the organizer before registering or traveling.

3. Third-Party Links and Registration

The Site links to third-party registration platforms and organizer websites. When you follow a link off the Site, you leave pickleballcashtournaments.com and are subject to the third party's terms, privacy policy, and payment terms. We do not process registration payments and are not a party to any transaction between you and a tournament organizer or registration platform.

4. Accounts and Player Profiles

You may create an optional player profile. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Site or violate these Terms.

5. DUPR Integration

If you choose to connect a DUPR account, you authorize us to retrieve and display your DUPR rating and related profile information. Your use of DUPR is governed by DUPR's own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not control DUPR data and are not responsible for the accuracy of any rating.

6. Email Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you consent to receive tournament announcements and related updates from us. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in any email.

7. Paid Memberships (Future)

We may offer paid memberships or premium features in the future. If we do, additional terms (including pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund policies) will apply and will be presented at the time of purchase. Nothing in these Terms currently obligates you to pay any fee for use of the Site.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Scrape, harvest, or copy substantial portions of Site content for commercial use without permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Site;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a tournament or organizer.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, branding, text, and original graphics are owned by Pickleball Cash Tournaments or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Tournament logos and event artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICKLEBALL CASH TOURNAMENTS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY TOURNAMENT OR REGISTRATION PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pickleball Cash Tournaments from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any tournament organizer or third-party platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
